Delivery to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

Delivery is carried out by the Swiss Post, normally within 2-3 business days. Should a product be undeliverable in that time, the customer will be immediately informed of the estimated delivery date via email. If the goods are not received by the customer within 30 days after placing the order, the customer may cancel the contract. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract in part or in full and to repay the payments already received by the customer. cannot be held responsible for any losses, inconveniences, fees, or other damages caused by delayed deliveries.

Shipping charges for Switzerland

The shipping charges for our cinnamon insoles on orders up to CHF 50.- are a flat rate of CHF 2.-

If the order contains shoes (flip-flops, slippers, and house shoes), or if you only order shoes without cinnamon insoles, orders with a value less than CHF 50.- have a flat shipping rate of CHF 6.-

On orders with a value over CHF 50.-, you will receive all products with free shipping.

Cinnamon insoles on orders up to CHF 50.- = CHF 2.-
Cinnamon insoles on orders over CHF 50.- = free shipping
Shoes (flip-flops, slippers, and house shoes) on orders up to CHF 50.- = CHF 6.-

Shipping and handling EU
and worldwide

The delivery takes place either by DHL or the responsible post office in the country. The delivery time is usually 5-7 working days. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs delays may occur. Please therefore expect a longer delivery time. For orders outside of Switzerland, you have to bear the costs for customs and, if applicable, taxes or processing fees of the respective country. Please inquire here about the local regulations of your country.

The shipping costs for shipping to the EU are a flat rate of CHF 12.-

Shipping worldwide costs a flat rate of CHF 12.-, however, there may be additional costs depending on the country and the order quantity. If this were the case, we would contact you as soon as we received your order.



Paypal Payment:
When paying via Paypal, you will be directed to the Paypal website at the end of the ordering process. Please log in with your Paypal account information here and confirm the payment. You will then receive a confirmation of your order via our website and by email.

Payment with PostFinance (for Swiss customers)
When you pay via PostFinance, you will be redirected to PostFinance at the end of the order process. You then have the option to either pay with your PostFinance card or via PostFinance's e-finance.

Payment by invoice (for customers from Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein)
Within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein, we deliver orders with a value below CHF 150.- on account. You will first receive the goods and then have a payment period of 14 days. When paying by invoice, delivery to an address other than the invoice address or to company addresses is unfortunately not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. We reserve the right to issue a credit check on a justified occasion. If the credit of the consumer is not guaranteed, we can refuse the delivery on invoice and we will direct you to alternative payment possibilities. Your personal details will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

The delivered goods remain our property until complete payment is made.
