conditions carefully before using the website or ordering items.

On the website you will find detailed product descriptions, photos and visualizations of the products that can be purchased. The final product may differ slightly in construction and color, and we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will exactly match those of the product at the time of delivery and/or receipt.
Once the order has been made by you, you will receive an email order confirmation. You can track the status of your order. Log in to your customer account and go to "Your order overview" at www.zimthaus.ch. It is therefore your responsibility to provide a working email address and to carefully check the order confirmation. If you discover any discrepancies here, please contact us immediately so that we can make any changes, as the order confirmation is binding.
The prices quoted on our website are valid at the time of ordering. For the specified prices shipping costs are added <shipping costs>
When paying via Paypal, you will be directed to the Paypal website at the end of the ordering process. Please log in with your Paypal account information here and confirm the payment. You will then receive a confirmation of your order via our website and by email.
Payment with PostFinance
When you pay via PostFinance, you will be redirected to PostFinance at the end of the order process. You then have the option to either pay with your PostFinance card or via PostFinance's e-finance.
Payment by invoice (for
customers from Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein)
Within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein, we deliver orders with a value below CHF 150.- on account. You will first receive the goods and then have a payment period of 14 days. When paying by invoice, delivery to an address other than the invoice address or to company addresses is unfortunately not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. We reserve the right to issue a credit check on a justified occasion. If the credit of the consumer is not guaranteed, we can refuse the delivery on invoice and we will direct you to alternative payment possibilities. Your personal details will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
Unless stated otherwise in the
product description, all items offered by us should be ready to ship
immediately. Deliveries are made by Swiss Post, usually in 2-3 business days. If
an item is not available, the customer will be informed immediately by e-mail
about the expected delivery date. If the goods are not delivered to the customer
within 30 days of ordering, they may cancel the contract.
We deliver worldwide. We have to adjust the shipping costs depending on the country of delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee calculated delivery costs for shipping outside of Switzerland.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered for reasons for which we are not responsible, we are entitled to withdraw part or all of the purchase contract and to reimburse payment already received from the customer. Zimthaus.ch cannot be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, fees, or other damage caused by late deliveries.
If goods are delivered with obvious damage from transit, please immediately bring such errors to the attention of the company (Post, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) which is responsible for the delivery, and please contact us immediately.
Partial deliveries are permitted. Should this result in additional delivery costs, these will be assumed by Zimthaus.ch.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If a product does not fit or is otherwise unsatisfactory, you may return it in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Defects of product(s) must be
reported immediately in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the product, in
case of hidden defects. Exchange or return of the products is only permitted in
cases of legitimate complaints.
Returns will only be accepted by us if they have sufficient postage. The customer bears the costs of the return.

The delivered goods remain the property of Zimthaus until complete payment is made.

In the case of force majeure, the agreement can either be considered as legally canceled, without indemnity obligations for zimthaus.ch or the customer, or the delivery times will be extended according to the nature of the force majeure. Zimthaus.ch considers the following as force majeure: war, mobilization, acts of terror, natural disasters, strikes, sanctions, delivery problems on the part of the shipping company, and other exceptional circumstances.
